 I was born in Seattle and raised in Kirkland. I received my first bass at the age of 14.
Coincidentally, it was given to me by the cousin of my current musical director,
Dave Hofferbert.
At the age of 19 I played my first club gig and from there I began my journey in music;
playing in many different Seattle area bands over the years. It wasn't until later I found
my passion for the blues and at that point I decided to study the craft in a formal
environment.
Today blues and jazz blues speak to my spirit and I strive to stay true to the form
and be the best musician I can be.
